What to expect when CQC inspect

SummaryThe CQC inspection report will be published on the CQC website. CQC has enforcement powers available to it if concerns are identified that are linked to a breach of a regulation. Inspectors will assess the service against CQC’s five key questions, asking if the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. Inspections will be led by a specially trained dental inspector who may be accompanied by a specialist dental adviser. There are two types of inspection: comprehensive and focused.
